Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery: We strive to ensure accurate shipping information for all orders. If we are unable to validate the shipping address provided at checkout, we will attempt to contact you to obtain an updated address. Should we fail to update the address, the order will regrettably be canceled and refunded.

Please be advised that we will not assume responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, for which we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments: In the unfortunate event that you did not receive your order despite the shipping carrier reporting its delivery, we kindly request that you notify us promptly. You can reach us via phone or by email.

Upon notification, we will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier, involving local law enforcement if necessary. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to conclude. Rest assured that we will replace or refund your order upon completion of the investigation.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will be displayed at the time of checkout, ensuring transparency and convenience for you. The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business working days depending upon your delivery Pincode and location.
