Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through our website. 

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from our website are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by us.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 2 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of our company.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please report this within 2 days of receiving the item, for a possible  exchange.

Note:

  • To be eligible for a exchange only in the above mentioned condition, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In Case of exchange in the conditions mentioned above, it is mandatory to make a video of the parcel/ packet you received from us at the time of opening it. 
  • Without this video proof no exchange will be made at any cost, the customer will be liable for the same. 
  • Such conditions are imposed as a precautionary measure as a lot of fake exchanges are created by sending us pre-used products or duplicate products with mala-fide intentions. 
  • The final decision to exchange the product will be at the discretion of the company. 

Process:

In case your product is eligible for exchange and fulfills all the above-mentioned conditions, then please notify us by sending a video of opening the parcel along with your order details and payment details to our official WhatsApp number mentioned on the website and our Instagram page. One of our team members will respond at the earliest to resolve the issue. If eligible, we will process your refund, which you will receive within 5-7 working days.
